The Enablement Framework: Architecting for Success

I don’t just build modules; I architect performance ecosystems. I follow a rigorous, three-phase methodology designed to accelerate user time-to-value and ensure long-term scalability.

Stage 1: Learn & Align

The Goal: Identifying core friction points and stakeholder requirements through data-driven performance audits.

The Outcome: A strategic roadmap that aligns training objectives with enterprise-wide KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and adoption metrics.

Stage 2: Create & Execute

The Goal: Designing 'one-to-many' self-service environments using tools like Articulate Rise 360 and high-impact Camtasia tutorials.

The Outcome: High-fidelity technical resources that reduce manual support burdens while driving immediate user proficiency.

Stage 3: Lead & Optimize

The Goal: Implementing a culture of Continual Improvement by monitoring adoption data and iteratively refining assets.

The Outcome: A responsive, agile enablement environment that evolves at the pace of the product and the needs of the user.

Strategic Leadership Meets Operational Discipline.

Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, I have built my career on the belief that clear communication and technical proficiency are the cornerstones of organizational growth. My professional identity is rooted in the intersection of high-stakes environments, technical solutioning, and scalable enablement.

With a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership (MSML) from Western Governors University and a BBA in Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) from Gonzaga University, I bring a unique blend of strategic business acumen and instructional excellence to every project. Whether managing complex partner ecosystems in the insurance industry, leading technical training programs in higher education, or maintaining operational integrity within the Department of Corrections, I am dedicated to fostering cultures of Integrity and Responsibility through every customer touchpoint.

The Mechanics of Excellence

I believe that excellence in digital architecture requires the same discipline as mechanical restoration. I built this 1965 Mustang from the frame up—a project that demanded rigorous attention to detail, investigative logic, and unwavering administrative compliance. I bring this same mechanical 'integrity' to my professional life, ensuring that the training ecosystems I build are as durable, high-performing, and reliable as the classic machines I restore in my garage.
